Review of La Dolce Vita (1960) by Rob W — 08 Jan 2008
First time I saw this, I nearly got sick. It depicted life as so empty and horrible, I felt ill. But watching it a second time, I think I got that it was about trying to go beyond that, to find hope and things that are real and true, like Nietzsche wants us to escape nihilism, the nothingness and emptiness.
