Review of La Belle Noiseuse (1991) by Dan H — 16 Jan 2009
Great to see a film that takes its time (4 hours) in showing detail of the artistic process. The film transcends voyeurism, although I have to admit that a naked Emmanuel Beart is easy on the eye.....; the film is an outstanding work or art in its own right.
The dvd I have is in two parts, allowing a 5-minute interval in the film itself, or as in my case - viewing over two sessions.
