Review of La Bare (2014) by Matthew F. J — 27 Nov 2014
This essay/documentary on La Bare, one of the most famous and renown male stripper establishment in the world. Through interviews of the dancers, managers and patrons, we penetrate a unique world and see what's going on behind the curtains.
This is well shot, entertaining, fun and somehow crowd pleasing but read between the lines and you will learn and understand a lot more about human nature and the way this underground world function. Beyond the bodies, the ladies and the parties, you will get a unique insight into the mechanism of a long lasting establishment offering something unique and timeless.
