An interesting concept that had its moments, but perhaps didn't quite hold up for a feature length film. But I definitely give the filmmaker credit for trying a new approach. Gorgeous visuals. I really liked the animated moments and would have like to see more of them.

Overall I think that this might approach have worked better in a shorter format, or if the approach had been folded into a piece that also included at least a little bit more traditional stuff. After a while I just wanted to see Kurt's face, and hear his music!
