Review of Kurt Cobain: About a Son (2007) by Jonathan K — 04 Jan 2012
Beautiful. This is the kind of stuff they should be showing at the imax! The cinematography is plain sensational and the interview excerpts show us Kurt not as a musical genius or the drug addict we know him as, but as a down-to-earth guy whose struggle with fame was most likely one of the reasons he took his own life.
This movie is everything Last Days failed to be. This is Kurt in his own words. If not for that, see it just for the magnificent footage of Washington State!
