Review of Kundun (1997) by Dan C — 08 Nov 2008
This is a beautiful, touching movie about the heartbreak of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan people. Scorcese did a fantastic job with it. The scene in which the Dalai Lama as a very little boy picks out the objects that belonged to the prior Dalai Lama and claimed them as his own will stay with me forever.
