Review of Krull (1983) by Ralph R — 27 Feb 2008
This movie is kind of like brain freeze. Everyone hates brain freeze, right? Well, every once in a while, one is tempted to gulp down a massive amount of a cold substance in order to relive that sensation.
Krull is about a man who has to go save the woman that he is arranged to marry. Along the way, he gathers a group of misfits (thieves, a cyclops, a blind wizard, a boy, a shapeshifter, and a generic old dude) and finds the magic blade.
He saves the day and defeats the hideous monster that wants his bride. Watch this if you are lonely and bored with not many other choices. Stay clear if you can because it will become your favorite film ever.
