Review of Krull (1983) by Andre S — 31 May 2008
Cheesy action adventure that was originally concieved as a Dungeons & Dragons movie. I just like the way it was done, with all models and dated effects. I think CGI has destroyed filmmaking and it's nice to look back at movies like this and enjoy what movie making was really about.
Fantastic model work from Derek Meddings and a great score by James Horner. Class!
