Review of Krull (1983) by Alex C — 10 Nov 2008
God, this movie is an 80's romantic, fantasy, B-grade nightmare of a Star Wars/Sword in the Stone rip-off--mostly notable for small roles played by Liam Neeson, and Robbie Coltrane, and the magical throwing weapon, and the flying horses a la "E.
T." or "The Neverending Story." You had to be under 13 in the 80's to enjoy this movie a la "Willow." Not to mention another great James Horner score.
