Review of Krampus (2015) by Jake A — 19 Dec 2015
The odd foreign legend of the terror that is Krampus is a fantastic idea of a movie. Unfortunately, you need more than just an "idea" to make decent entertainment. What could've been a fun diversion from the normal Christmas fare sadly becomes a poor mix of "Christmas Vacation" without the laughs and "The Evil Dead" without the creepy insanity.
Despite some pretty great creature designs, Krampus is a narratively illogical waste of potential, and possibly the most disappointing movie of 2015.
