Review of Kong: Skull Island (2017) by Dijavantewow — 13 Mar 2017
It is a visually beautiful movie, and there are some great moments of comic relief, but the best part is the Kong himself is ever-present. This may seem obvious, but Godzilla proved, to our detriment, that the monster doesn't apparently need to be in the movie much to make the movie (although not good).
Not a perfect movie by any stretch, but overall solid, fun to watch, and a great way to bring King Kong back.
