Review of Kong: Skull Island (2017) by Berik — 06 Nov 2018
It aint easy making a monster movie, just take a look at Godzilla. But Kong: Skull Island manages to make the movie interesting both in terms of Kong and the humans. Samuel L. Jackson represents our old friend the US who just wants to kill everything that doesn't like americans or kills them, while Brie Larson runs around in a white tank top and thinks she understands a gorilla the size of the empire state building. And it is all very entertaining nonetheless.
It is an excellent movie, 8/10.
