If you like monster movies, you will be pleased with this movie. It was not anything special when you consider actually acting or writing, but it was definitely entertaining. John C. Reilly really stole this movie.
He was the most lovable, and quoteable character. This movie also gets the size of Kong right, which is great. (Probably to give Godzilla an actual challenge in the upcoming crossover movie). It's a great movie about a giant ape, but if you're looking for this movie to blow you away, you'll be dissapointed.
