The only thing this movie has is action and visuals. There are numerous lost plot opportunities and terribly illogical situations. This movie left me disappointed that such a rich plot foundation was totally neglected by the director.
Terrible job by the director telling any powerful story. The best part of the movie was off of the island at the end and had nothing to do with monsters.
