Someone please explain to me why every single person I asked who had seen this film said it was hilarious! I laughed occasionally and found the film mildly entertaining. The fact that so many ex freaks and geeks stars were in it made it more watchable and the fact that Judd Apatow directed made me want to see it aswell being a huge fan of the show and other movies he's produced like anchorman, but seriously why is this considered the funniest movie of the year?! It just doesn't make sense to me I was sitting there waiting for the film to start being hilarious and for me to start laughing so hard my sides would start to hurt - I waited two hours then the movie was over and I felt robbed I tells ya! :) Anyway if you enjoy drug jokes, sex jokes, and if you think for example that a group of mid 20s guys standing around pretending to hump each other while their friend is talking to a girl on the phone is funny then this is probably the movie for you.

In my opinion it needed to be edited down or is this the new trend emerging of 2 hour comedies? Apart from the length of the movie overall the length of certain scenes were way too long ie. the birth scene.

I mean it wasn't even a funny or fresh take on the event - girl doesn't want drugs until it's too late then she wants drugs but can't have them so she goes ape shit, wow hilarious! Anyway I'm a tad bitter the day after watching this movie - damn hyped up films!
