Review of Knockaround Guys (2001) by Eshaan L — 28 Dec 2008
I actually enjoyed this movie, more so than I thought I would have. The acting is mediocre, mainly because of Seth Green & Barry Pepper (the latter of which I cannot stand). John Malkovich is the saving grace of acting in this movie.
The plot, like similar "mafia" movies, takes awhile to unfold but in this case it does unfold nicely. It's no masterpiece, nor is it groundbreaking and original, but I would suggest a viewing: a short, decent flick with John Malkovich.
Though I will say it is not for everyone.
