Review of Knock Off (1998) by Kevin D — 09 Sep 2007
Hark Tsui's everything-plus-.
Kitchen-sink approach kind of worked on Double Team, but here the weirdness has an air of desperation. Rob Schneider whipping Van Damme with eels as he pulls him through Hong Kong alleys on a rickshaw isn't as entertaining as its sounds, and the actions scenes are edited inertly.
