Review of Knock Knock (2015) by Alex S — 24 Sep 2016
Eli Roth is an ambitious director taking a cast of such little talent and attempting to make a decent movie with them. It doesn't work. In fact, nothing works in this movie. The set up is relatively interesting but motives are never made clear and the characters are overwhelmingly one dimensional (of course it doesn't help that script is pure garbage).
There are stretches where it's boring even and the pay off I guess is supposed to be some joke that is hardly worth waiting the 100 minutes for. Waste of time.
