Review of Knock Knock (2015) by Gonza P — 06 Dec 2016
This movie is absolutely terrible. laughably awful. literally. I was laughing at so many parts that weren't supposed to be funny. at certain points I thought it was trying to be a B-movie, but then it would try to get serious. most of this movie made no sense. but the worst part about it is the acting job by keanu reaves. it is abundantly clear that he can't act at all. he was lucky to get a bunch of roles without any scenes that required him to show emotions, like the matrix. there were times he was trying to cry but couldn't and just ended up moaning and wailing. there were a bunch of outbursts that made me laugh so hard. just to be clear, I did not hate this movie experience. it was actually pretty enjoyable. so bad, it's good.
SPOILERS.
I did like how dark of a twist this movie took, even though it really didn't seem to make sense. how crazy the girls got and how they ended up screwing his life up so bad was kinda cool in a dark way. (1 viewing).
