Review of Knife in the Water (1962) by Sherwin L — 14 Sep 2007
A very enjoyable debut movie by Polanski, revolving around three people on a boat. There are a lot of subtleties and nuances to admire about the camerawork, the script, the direction and the natural acting style.
Rather deceiving in its apparent simplicity, it is also an insightful exploration of male instincts.
