Review of Knife in the Water (1962) by Jonathan H — 11 Apr 2010
Polanski's feature film debut is so smart that it can be told from the title. It's one thing you never get to see in the film, so are many others in it. What you see is not really what it seems.
What you don't see can be truer than what you see. Brilliantly developed story with tensions that sneaks into your skin.
