Review of Klute (1971) by Sanity Assassin ! — 03 Aug 2007
Another donald sutherland disaster. he seemed to star in some very atmospheric flicks throughout his career but there's not one i've seen that had alot more than just atmosphere. klute is another example of this.
was it supposed to be an insight into a call girls life rather than about a lost person? am I missing something here? coz it centered more on the call girl than what I thought was the slight plot of the film.
it was pretty much just an advertising campaign for jane fonda. it also seemed to go on too long. I can't give this one much. one star for the atmosphere. one star for jane fondas acting in her self-advertisement.
