Review of Klaus (2019) by Geoffchat — 24 Dec 2020
I love a good story, especially one told with powerful visuals and characters that are relatable. A well-executed movie can be a transformative experience and leave a positive, lasting impression. For me, the most recent movie I’ve seen that had that effect on me was Klaus. It’s a great story about selfishness turned selflessness, hatred turned love, and the true power of giving.
“A true selfless act always sparks another.”.
If you haven’t watched it I won’t ruin it for you, but I will say that I aspire to have an impact on our community like Jesper has on Smeerensburg. It won’t happen overnight nor by just my own hands, but rather with the help of those around me it will happen over time. I’m looking forward to the journey as that story unfolds. Thanks, Sergio, for this movie. It’s now on our annual rotation of Christmas movies to watch with the family.
