Review of Klaus (2019) by Jordanlayton — 28 Apr 2020
This film about Santa's origin story frequently 1 dances on the line between heartwarming and cheesy. It's got two act 3 friend breakup scenes and some over-produced out of place pop music. The pleasingly chunky, lighting-focused animation style slightly redeems it, though, and in the field of animated Christmas movies, this definitely sits head and shoulders above most.
