Decent martial arts sequences highlight this muddled action film starring Jet Li as a cop from China who is brought in by the Paris police to help locate a chinese gangster, but his allies have other reasons for him to be there.

Jet Li proves himself an amazing martial artist, but the rest of the film lacks a cohereant script and pacing.
