Review of Kiss Me Deadly (1955) by Matthew S — 03 Sep 2007
This impeccably shot film absolutely oozes with style, and its innovative camerawork isn't its only defining feature. Aldrich directs his violent, absorbing mystery story with precision and focus, and the performances are solid all around.
Some of the best black-and-white cinematography I have ever seen.
