Review of Kingsman: The Secret Service (2015) by Bill B — 10 Apr 2017

I bought this one recently and dug further into Mark Millar's typical wish-fulfillment superheroics, where the Average Joe is suddenly told that no, he's not gonna die in the ugly town he was born in, he's special and he's gonna do great things. This is standard in Millar's work (see both Wanted and Kickass) but I'll be damned if it's not a fun ride and something I will revisit in the future.

If you're willing to look the other way when it gets a bit corny, it's a helluva lot of fun.
