Review of Kingdom of the Spiders (1977) by Laney C — 25 Jun 2008
One of the few things keeping me sane in Savannah is the Psychotronic Film Society, dedicated to showing strange and independent films. This was one of the treats they offered, and it's exactly what you would expect from the description.
The audience chuckled through the more campy bits (spider-level camera!). Shatner is so dedicated to his roles, no matter how hammy, I'm always drawn in because he seems so convinced by the story.
