Review of King Kong Escapes (1967) by Wes S — 09 Feb 2012
This cheesy oddity was a live action movie produced as a tie-in to an anime series. King Kong Escapes is hardly the game changer that the original film was, but it does make for a brief bit of kaiju fun.
To say it frankly, I don't have it in me to hate a movie where the big guy fights an evil robot version of himself named Mechanikong.
