Review of King Kong (1933) by Emily G — 28 Apr 2010
Harryhausen's treatment of Kong's death sels the picture, without it this would be a shockingly bad film but the sympathy he was able to stir up for what till that moment had been a standard mindlessly cruel ravening monster makes this a classic and allowed for beter tratments of the creature in lkater incarnations.
