Review of King Kong (1933) by Matthew C — 25 Feb 2011

This film is certainly one of the greatest ever made and was the one movie that made me get involved in the history of movies and how they're made. The two-disc special edition DVD I got has a great 2 hour documentary on how they made this timeless movie and how Kong was animated and created.

The music is amazing even for the first talking movie when they were in their infancy and the backgrounds on Skull Island are very amazing and beautiful to look at with an observing eye; if you haven't seen this movie, then go see it.

You won't be disappointed after watching it.
