Review of Kind Hearts and Coronets (1949) by Stewart F — 25 Oct 2007
One of the best Ealing comedies, famous (and rightly so) for Alec Guinness playing all the members of the D'Ascoyne family who are being progressively rubbed out by their relative, Louis Mazzini. The much under-rated Dennis Price plays Louis to perfection.
An elegant sophisticated script elevates this to a classic.
