Review of Kind Hearts and Coronets (1949) by Matthew M — 04 Mar 2010
Funny and with a bitchin' story, don't really know what else to say other than Guinness is terrific as eight different members of the D'Ascoyne family. Dennis Price is charming as Louis, the sauve blacksheep, distant-cousin of the family who decides to kill off each member one by one in order to gain the Dukedom.
This film, along with 'Murder by Death,' makes me curious to see more classic Guinness comedies.
