Review of Kin (2018) by Erick C — 29 Aug 2018

This is actually a pretty good movie. A bit slow and confusing at first, but Franco knocks it out of the park as the bad guy. The driven insanity is a real credit to him as an actor. Dennis Quaid is also stellar in his role as the 'tough' dad trying to teach his kids to be good men.

Honestly, not the movie I was expecting, but it came together at the end and shows this could be the start of something interesting. I hope they continue to explore the tale...very interested to see where it goes next.

If you're a fan of Stranger Things and movies that are unique with great acting, it's definitely worth the watch.
