Review of Killshot (2008) by Tore S — 22 Mar 2009

Solid cast, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Diane Lane, Mickey Rourke and Thomas Jane. I was very impressed with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, as he played an awesome psychotic redneck. The movie was good, but the action/thriller didn't start until the 22 min mark.

I felt the story made sense initially, but as it went on, it was very weak. I wasn't convinced a professional hitman would take that long to kill 2 people. As a non-professional hitman, I would think it should be easy.

Go into her house and shoot her. Wait for husband to come home to find her dead, then shoot him. End of story. But I understand it had to be steered the other way to make it more entertaining.
