Review of Killing Them Softly (2012) by Anna I — 30 Jun 2013

I really wanted to like this movie. I thought I would and even watched it twice. Both times I was equally bored and lost focus immediately. The movie opened really slow and drab. It took a long time for anything to happen and then when it did it was like "that's it.

" There was so much potential. Really good actors (who have played tons of mob characters before) and a good story. It was almost like the director tried too hard to make this different from other similar movies when it would have been better similar.
