Underrated and unnoticed, this movie isn't the plot so much as the overall statement synopsized by pitt in a conversation at movies end. Its easy to overlook and will be missed or misconstrued by those looking for a "mob movie".

It is quite cynical but dead on with the state of america and quickly becing in the world - if not completely there yet. So if you watch this excellently made flick look beneath the plot to see what it's really all about.
