Review of Killer's Kiss (1955) by Igor Y — 10 Sep 2007
The first real film Kubrick ever made. His so-called 'debut' was just a strained experiment.
While Killer's Kiss is an intelligent and well crafted little film noir. The sad part is, no one has ever heard of it, because it has become overshadowed by Kubrick's many later masterpiece's. Rightly so, he matured into the best filmmaker we'll ever see.
