The title alone tells you everything you need to know. It tells you what the movie's about and how good it's going to be. Personally, I enjoyed it but only for how blatantly ridiculous and hammy it was and didn't care about taking itself seriously for even a moment.
Had I watched it stoned or drunk, it probably would've scored higher with me, but even when you're completely sober, this movie can still take you on a fun ride.
