Alien clowns kill some people in a village using a variety of circus methods. This is so tacky that it is brilliant. This is not meant to be a serious horror movie or a science-fiction epic. It is simply a fun movie with ludicrous situations and cheesy film-making like laughable characters and terrible scripting.
The movie itself is very colourful and full of clowns killing people in imaginative ways. Worth watching so long as you are not expecting a cinematic masterpiece. You should expect campy fun.
