This is not a serious piece of cinematic mastery. It isn't truly horrifying or shocking... unless you have a preternatural fear of clowns, cotton-candy, or circus music.
It IS one of the best campy cult-classics that all fans of the surreal, or Troma films will have an appreciation for. No this isn't a Troma film, but IS in the same spirit.
There is little to say about the content of the movie that the title does not accurately define.
I would give this movie 3 enthusiastic thumbs up!
