Review of Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004) by Rcavey92212 — 12 Jul 2020
It's hard to follow up a perfect flick like vol.1. Really no matter what you do its gonna be a tough disappointing and it was too me at least. That being said they are two completely different films. Where the first one was a bad ass martial arts spectacular. This one is more story driven, comedic and western. Wi th h that said it's still a great movie. Picking up after the events of the first we witness the battles between the bride and elle as well as Budd and finally Bill. There are some surprising twists along the way as well as some insanely fun sequences. But for all the build up it ends up feeling a touch lackluster especially after the events of the first. I can definitely see what he was going for and I feel th ed film us mostly successful it just needed a touch more punch.
Budget: $30M.
Box Office: $152.3M.
8.
