Vol 1 left us wanting more and asking so many questions. which was perfect for setting up the best part of this story which vol 2 does excellently. not only are all the mysterious elements of vol 1 answered but it delivered a great symbolic scene to which she is half ways to bill and gets shot down once again.
and must once again rise from the dead. beforehand she gets cocky as she quickly underestimates bills brother. so her being baried alive helps her get back to basics and remember her training to finish the job which was a necessity because as she got closer to bill the names and task got more personal.
and we find out the bride is bills past coming in the human form of karma coming to collect. the bride is his reaper and she will raise her daughter to be the opposite of her past life without bills negative influence.
