Review of Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004) by Michael H — 28 Feb 2013

As much as I enjoyed Kill Bill Volume 1, I simply could not wait for the other "half" of this movie to be released! This film was intended to be one whole movie, but as we know, time and constrictions on films can be problematic, so instead of delivering just one film called, "Kill Bill", it was separated into two movies!

So, as mentioned, the first edition of this two part series left us wanting more, leaving us wondering how much could this cliffhanger get any better? Then, as I watched this flick progress more and more, the style, the feel, and even the color fullness was stale! The first edition didn't feel that way at all!

"Kill Bill Vol. 2" left me like I was falling asleep standing up! It had its high moments, but those moments after awhile fell so steeply! Had this movie been one whole full sequence, I could say that maybe 2 1/2 stars would no doubt have been the perfect rating for the one single flick altogether! The flow in this second edition wasn't as smooth as the first Kill Bill! At least the high note is its a great series of movies, but I just wish this movie would have had a better impact as the first!
