Review of Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004) by Matt M — 09 May 2013
The Bride returns, still thirsty for revenge. Tarantino's second and final part of Kill Bill is the weaker of the two films, and perhaps not as worthy a successor as it should have been. The pace is slower and some of the energy seems lost.
However, its still looks beautiful and still has its share of memorable sequences, as well as varied kinds of tensions that branch out beyond the huge fight sequences that were packed in the previous volume.
