As the description says, this is a very stylish film. As demonstrated in reservoir dogs and pulp fiction, Tarantino can easily make any character a complete and total badass. But in 1997, with Jackie Brown, Tarantino has proved his worth by demonstrating that he can make a female a badass, and even more so in this movie.

The Bride (Uma Thurman) recovers from a 4 year coma after a past lover attempted to kill her years earlier. She awakens, remembering her would-be-killer and his henchmen, and decides to go on a trek with a list.

A list to kill everyone who played a part in her attempted murder, and finally, you guessed it, Bill. This is the most stylish Tarantino movie since pulp fiction, while paying homage and poking fun at 70s Kung fu flicks.

But with all this talk about action and style, what about the writing? The story? It exceeds in all those categories. Don't ask how it's possible to make all those attributes evenly and spectacularly established, but it works.

If you've been interested in seeing this movie, get off your ass right now, buy it, stream it, steal it, whatever. IT IS FUN AS HELL. WATCH IT.
