Review of Kidulthood (2006) by Graham W — 20 Jun 2008
Gritty, hard-hitting, & depressing. I shouldn't really be a fogey about the youth on display, as even in my day(!) we had The Warriors, Scum, & Quadrophenia (& that lot weren't exactly angels either).
Well-written by Noel 'Mickey from Dr Who' Clarke, but even the most sympathetic of the characters, you wouldn't want for your son or daughter.
