Review of Kids (2013) by Ladonna F — 23 Feb 2010
Kids will open your eyes whether you're a teenager or an adult. It shows the naiveity of the youth on sex and drugs of this generation and the trials some are subjected to while growing up. To wave this film off is to close your eyes to what's going on in the world today for some children.
What I lived through, but in a different setting. Larry Clark captures it in his feature film debut. Shot in a documentary type setting, Kids is a Youth-culture film with a strong underlining message.
