In what appears to be a more adult superhero film, the blend of comedy and violence is perfected, to a point which makes them indistinguishable from each other, and over-the-top action sequences that you don't question as they draw you in to the story.
It is the sort of superhero film that has been required, with many others feeling more 'child-friendly'.
