Review of Khoya Khoya Chand (2007) by Gagan G — 17 Jan 2008
An intersting perspective of what happens behind all the glitz and glamor of the film industry.. I loved the symbolic characters..raj kapoor, madhubala, etc.. it kinda gives you a new found perspective on these people.
. was not too fond of the writing style simply becasue it was too much urdu.. vinay pathak once again shines and proves that he is a versatile actor.. rajat kapoor, shiney ahuja and of course soha ali were amazing but it was vinay pathak in his small supporting role that stood out the most for me.
. sudhir mishra could have done a better job at keeping it a bit shorter and cleaner.. we never really understand shiney's character on the first watch. he seems way too cocky and arrogant moreso then rajat's character.
. there was way too much awkward editting, I dont know if that was on purpose but seemed pointless at times.. a decent watch for those who are into bollywood and adore raj kapoor and so on..
